Tips and Tricks

When choosing your colour level/tone, start with the medium colour on the chart and work your way up the chart for darker skin or down the chart for lighter skin.

Hold the colour finder on the face, starting at the cheek bone and continuing vertically down the face below the jaw line ending on the neck. A more accurate colour match may result from this exercise.

When using the actual product and reveal the correct colour match. Do this with at least two to three powder colours to get the best results.

Foundations
Unlike traditional foundations, you do not want to see instant coverage. The coverage needs to be built up with thin layers and the product needs to warm up to your skin and mix with your natural oils. The application can be applied with a sponge for optimal coverage or with a powder brush for a sheer coverage.

Concealer
Use the same shade as the overall foundation on specific area for concealing, i.e. under or over eyes, around nose and chin. Choose the brush or sponge for the best results. Continue to tap in different directions, helping to call attention away from the concerned area. This procedure can be done before and/or after the foundation application.
